Oct 27, 2009 - "Babylon Yacht Club" - Just returned from my trip to Long Island - This yacht club sits down at the end of Eaton Lane in West Islip right on the Great South Bay - It amazes me how most of the people that live on the Island don't appreciate the beauty that is all around them everyday - Maybe if they lived in the desert for ten years they would look at it the same way I do. I am sure the desert dwellers feel the same way about their home but there is nothing quite like living near the ocean.

Aug 15th, 2009 - "Unfinished Beauty" - This was taken during a slow drive through Florence, AZ. Known mostly for being the home to some wonderful state and federal "guest houses" it also has some beautiful old homes.

Sep 10th, 2009 - "Lighthouse On The Lake" - This is one of the many replica lighthouses that are on Lake Havasu in northwestern Arizona
